PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO THE GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, EU/2016/679, art.13
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The amateur sports association TC ENDURANCE with headquarters in Via Don Rodrigo, 7 - Lecco tax code 03994830135 (hereinafter, “Data Controller”), as Data Controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679:2016 (hereinafter “RGPD”) that your data are processed for the following purposes and methods.
SUBJECT OF THE TREATMENT
The Data Controller processes personal identification data (by way of example and not exhaustive: name, surname, company name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, bank references) communicated by you on the occasion of the conclusion of contracts for the services provided by the Data Controller.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Your personal data are processed without your consent, pursuant to art. 6 of the GDPR, for the following purposes:
\ - conclude contracts for the services provided by the Data Controller
\ - fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing relationships with you
\ - comply with current and mandatory legislative, regulatory obligations
\ - exercise the rights of the Data Controller, for example the right of defense in court
Your data is processed only with your specific and distinct consent, pursuant to art. 7 of the GDPR, for the following purposes:
\ - send you by post, e-mail, text message, telephone contacts, commercial communications and/or advertising material on the services offered by the Data Controller and surveys of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of the services provided
METHODS OF TREATMENT
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 of the GDPR, namely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic processing.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your data is made accessible for the purposes mentioned above to:
\ - partners, employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as Managers, Officers, System Administrators
\ - third-party companies or other subjects (by way of example and not limited to, Credit Institutions, Professional Firms, Suppliers, Consultants) that carry out activities on behalf of the Data Controller
\ - entities to which communication is mandatory to meet specific current and mandatory legislative requirements
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is stored on a server located at the Company's legal and operational headquarters, within the European Union. Should it be necessary to move the server outside the EU, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes and, in any case, no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for service purposes and no longer than 3 years from the collection of data for marketing purposes. Beyond these terms, they will be archived or destroyed.
NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA
The provision of personal data for the above-mentioned purposes without your consent is mandatory: in their absence, the requested services cannot be guaranteed. The provision of personal data for the purposes mentioned with your consent is optional, so you can decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case, you will not receive commercial communications and advertising material concerning the services offered by the Data Controller.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
In his capacity as an interested party, he has the rights referred to in articles 15-21 of the GDPR and, precisely, he has the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller whether or not personal data concerning him is being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to personal data and to the following information:
\ - the purposes of the Treatment
\ - the categories of personal data in question
\ - the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated
\ - the expected period of storage of personal data
\ - the existence of the right of the interested party to ask the Data Controller to correct, delete, restrict the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose their processing
\ - the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority
\ - if the data are not collected from the interested party, all the information available on their origin
\ - the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the interested party
