Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION TERMS

  • More than 5 days earlier before the experience, you can move your booking by contacting TC Endurance ASD directly. However, some experiences have special rules for moving (for example for overnight stays or for activities that require lengthy preparation) and there may therefore be exceptions. These will be indicated in the 'Rules and Security' section on the experience product page.
  • Less than 5 days earlier of the experience, this cannot be moved. Please keep in mind that experiences often involve preparations that involve expenses that need to be covered; therefore, it is not possible to receive a refund for the experience.
  • Same day: If an unexpected event occurs immediately before or on the same day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the person responsible for the experience so they know that you will not be participating. You will find the contact details in the booking confirmation. Alternatively, in general, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person, subject to the compatibility of the minimum requirements (age, weight, technical capacity) indicated in the activity sheet.

Weather Conditions and Animal Welfare

The safety of the participants and the well-being of our horses are our top priority.

  • Weather assessment: The activity takes place mainly outdoors. The decision to cancel or confirm the activity belongs exclusively to the TC Endurance ASD Technical Directorate, who will evaluate the actual weather conditions on the field.
  • Communication: In case of cancellation on our part, you will be contacted promptly (via phone or SMS) to arrange a new date. If an immediate recovery date cannot be found, you will be entitled to a voucher of equal value or a refund.
  • Customer decision: If the activity is confirmed by TC Endurance ASD but the customer decides not to show up for personal weather reasons, the reservation will be considered a “No-Show” and there will be no refund or movement.
  • Horse protection: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the activity at any time if sudden problems arise related to the horse's health or emotional stability, thus ensuring the recovery of the experience.
